The task
Legato had a website from 2016: dense text, no mobile version, and a contact page nobody used. Potential clients could not tell quickly whether the office handles their kind of case.
What I did
A redesign around the questions people arrive with: what cases the office takes, how the first consultation works, what it costs. A website chatbot answers routine questions at any hour and offers a consultation slot when the question needs a lawyer. Clean page structure and titles prepare the site for search.
The result
Visitors get an answer or a booked consultation in one visit, and the lawyers start conversations with the case details already in hand.
